Are there still people who aren't upgraded then? I'm in Basingstoke and I've had 10mbit for about 3 months now - I would've thought that Basingstoke would be one of the last places they'd upgrade. It was completely automatic.

I'm in Basingstoke and still on 2mbit, are 2mbit users due for upgrades yet?
