Well moved back in with parents house after 5 year living in apartment and first thing I see is 3 12 to 15 years old olds smashing that fence along park up. A passer by saw snd started giving them what for and still didn’t give a rats. And still continues to destroy fence. They must have said something back to him as he started running after them. One of teens came out on phone probably onto his mummy saying some one saying something to us.
These were all wearing rain coats snd Hoods up in this weather too so you coukdnt see face. Again if anyone smaller then them they would be first to think they were big and hard.

Well this last 2 weeks this one kid aged about 11 been pestering bushiness going into local butchers supermarkets asking for free food. Going up to mainly old people and very young people giving them abuse. Throwing stones at peoples dogs and people and swearing at them. Hes been plastered all over facebook feed as police arnt doing anything. They finally caught up with him as so many complaints. He was in and out of my brothers shop all time too. Now they are playing the ADHD card and he cant be told what to do.
There are quite a few properties for sale around here and been up quite a while i bet its this why people want to move away and a lot have heard about it so they dont want to invest in my area. All because of mainly kids under 16 taking over causing abuse drug dealing etc. Worse thing is we cant carry protection to defend our selves. I know they are kids but when they are 6 or 7 of them and not bothered what they do its a bit bad. I do carry pepper spray which i got from amazon and if worse comes to worse i will use it. Its got legal UK noize pepper spray. If i get done i will sue amazon for selling it to me and you dont even need to be age verified.
I know quite a few people dont like going out and one only goes out in car if have to. I dont like going out but decided they are not dictating where i go. LOL no as said West Yorkshire. But anyone born after year 2000 knows they wont get punished so the reason why they behave like this. It started when nanny state came when guv said you cant hit your kids as punishment and even shouting at them is classed as abuse now. It didnt do me any harm i got 2 slippers chucked at me when i missed behaved. 2 because first always missed. That be abuse now though.
I live in the biggest council estate in Portsmouth - feral pre-teens, wannabe roadmen, smackrats and genuinely nasty runts everywhere, but only once had an issue when we first moved in: installing security cameras on each corner of the house, which upset the balaclava'd Sauron-rider doing his Friday afternoon Columbian marching powder deliveries to the constant queue of MSRT van drivers pulling up by my house.
Dealt with it by using humour and making it crystal clear that my only interest in life is keeping my family safe and secure. What they do amongst themselves, how they make a living or what they sniff to get through the weekend, doesn't interest me whatsoever. "Not my monkeys, not my circus", etc.
An unexpected perk of him using my front yard for his handovers is that the other toerags stay away from "his" corner.

Yeah as long as they keep them selves to them selves im not bothered and dont hurt any one etc.
My area got worse again over last 2 weeks especially park area on a evening. There wanna be 12 to 15 year old gangs hanging around bullying and intimidating those smaller then them. Taking bikes off other kids and even snapped a girls skate board in half. Police are out and about in the day all round town and even in unmarked police cars i have seen a lot of so it quite safe in day. But again come evening police no where to be seen and they come back out. A few of adults have said we need to start doing some meets in the park and teach these kids that they not the alpha male they think thy are. etc. People are getting fed up and police not doing a thing when they do get caught and are worse after knowing they can get away with it.

Will get a 6 month driving ban and a fine...which they won't pay.

"Kerb this behaviour" is funny in context and even funnier because you didn't mean it. How did the last non "wet do-gooders" do on crime etc? Terribly different, was it?
a lot of people are complaining about youths on FB in our local area. i don't know how much is perceived threat... im so big people just leave me alone and i never feel unsafe. ( never had a fight, closet was when some guy thought i was looking at his sausage in the toilets and he tried to strangle me )..

Yeah lots a post around my area on Facebook most excuse given is the get out of jail adhd card which don’t exist which is just an excuse. Heard one kid has it who was causing bother and used the I’m just a kid you can’t say that. So they do no right from wrong and just use adhd as a get out card.

They are cowards most of them and only go for those on there own or who are smaller then them. When on own and you see them they run a Mile. It don’t help as said been same size or even smaller then them. But last time they came up to me back in may after 5 th time I did bite back and not seen them since.
Most say it minorities but it not it’s getting a big problem and done go after oap too.
