Why not post the link to the article? I'm skeptical that the "facts" as you have stated are accurate until I see it.

If you google the story it's out there in the press. It happened in Milan apparently, press are calling them 'Roma'. Not sure about the 'can't be prosecuted' bit.
edit: Possibly under the age of criminal responsibility in the country...

Rugby on now and park has emptied from all lot of them until rugby finished.
