I worded it wrong. Sex (apart from procreation, different tact) is the ultimate display of effection and love, not just a laugh or something to be rushed into because you feel randy. Rushing into sex and being heavily promiscuous can have bad effects.
One of those effects that appears to be more common is the comparison of partner's, thats a BAD thing when you settle down / get married / enter a long term relationship with someone.
Just some of my views, no need to go ape.

My question is, what the hell was she doing having sex at 13 in the first place. It's all too common these days. When I was 13 (not too long ago, lol) I don't think any of my friends were having sex.
Call me old fashioned, but sex has lost its meaning. Now, it's just a race to see how many girls you can 'do' in a week

I'm quite distressed that the polince don't interveen and arrest the guy (and the girl if she consented), its no different from braking any other laws, and now shes going to be a burden on the state, doubt weather she was going to get a job ANYWAY, but now shes got no chance.
I'm all for having any babys born to mothers under 16 taken away and put for adoption, by force if need be, because if someone THAT young is your mother rollmodel, what kinda teenager are YOU going to grow into?

btw condoms are given away by the carryer bag full from those thingy clinics, (went there once with my then GF, we where 16, just started having sex, she was 3 weeks late and had been stressing about it but not told me, had a pregnacy test there, all clear, (ofcorse at this point shes visted by Aunt Flow) but we walked away with two sainsburys bags FULL of durex, so that was all good) and the pill is FREE and AVAILABLE TO ANYONE, you're mum/dad don't need to know, and its easy to get!

I think this has more to do with it that most other things, but a lack of understanding is more the issue I think, most 'rents don't realy teach their kids about this stuff, and most schools are restricted in what they CAN do. I personaly when to a public school and they where alowed to teach more in depth about the subject, and the teacher wasn't embarrised like some of the ones I've seen, only one girls 'rents requested she not be given these classes (her mum and dad (80) had told her that a penis was actualy a "tail"), shes had 2 kids last time I saw her.
