I’d love to ask one of them why they did it. I highly doubt the response would be anything relevant or constructive though, probably along the lines of “coz mandemz hates the feds innit”
Ask BLM, they keep bringing it up.
It shouldn't except we're told that the reason Covid19 has affected black people worse is due to racism, then we see videos of almost exclusively black people partying in the street. Are we expected to believe that there perhaps weren't more subtle gatherings such as house parties that pre-dated this?

You must have skipped all the pictures of people at beaches or all the raves happening around Manchester/Liverpool where the attendance wasn't as black.
I think it's the "dual standards" that people feel exist in how these events are Policed and reported. So for example -
Black rioters - Race not mentioned in media
White rioters - Far Right scum etc
Black rioters - Police stand back so they don't inflame the situation and no-one gets arrested
White rioters - Police crack some skulls, dozens in jail
Of course whether any of this is true very much depends on each individual case, but people mostly like to apply "generalisms" when they see the same things so often and those examples above are the sort of "general" thoughts likely held by far more people than would admit to it in public for fear of being called racist etc.

For instance, being labelled as a "Far right rioter" isn't mentioning race, but chances are those people are white.
Your post literally states when its "black rioters" that "no-one gets arrested", yet during the first BLM protest here on June 8th, 35 people were arrested:

Imagine if this was white youths causing a riot and attacking the police. The media would immediately brand them far right thugs.
A lot of the reason racism developes is due to pattern recognition which then becomes a stereotype. Anyone not fitting the stereotype as to live with assumptions made about them, and rightfully complains.
The way to remove one of the blocks of racism is to change the pattern recognition. When this happens the stereotype will fade in to history just like it as done for other ethnic groups.
Black youths rioting and attacking the police is just re-confirming pattern recognition and a stereotype. In the end it hurts the black community when they get profiled. Which they will then blame racism and around we go again.
What is being far right? In my view that is a political position on the spectrum of politics. How many of those people who went to London had a far right political agenda? I doubt that many even know about political ideologies. But because they wanted to protect the statues, in particular the Churchill one, the media immediately branded them far right with no evidence.

And that can be said relating to all riots that have happened but its usual on the back of a major underlying issue that has been ignored for years. Like I said, there will be lots more riots in the coming year (from both sides).
No they would have called them far right thugs if they were waving swastika flags and making nazi salutes while doing it. Otherwise they would just be rioters.

It's a deprived area. Surely the same could easily happen in an area with white predominance?

This, it's bizarre no one the left can admit that the BLM marches and vandalism has set race relations back decades. It's done the black community in this country far more harm than good.
Yep because its always somebody else's fault and never their own.
And that is how almost every riot in history has started. Rightly or wrongly people feel angry and feel like they are not being listened to. You can;t deny it. Its a fact.
Yes, with every riot there can be a lot discussed whether the way the people feel is a true reflection of fact or whether they did indeed have a point.
