You are in a very good position and if used wisely could set yourself up for the rest of your life. Buy something nice now Golf R32, Audi RS4 :) or BMW M3 and then when you have thought long and hard about what you want in your dream car, go ahead and buy it.

Serious suggestion: I, like many others on here, don't believe you. I notice you live in Bristol, I do too. If you really want to prove it I'll happily meet up with you and you can show me your bank balance. As a long standing member of this forum I like to think people on here will take my word.

:)

Hang on a minute, you and the OP have never been seen in the same place at the same time.......

If this is what is required to stop being called a LIAR, then i WOULD DO IT. If i cared, of course. All im trying to do is defend myself :)

LOL im only joking fella, i dont not belive you nor do i belive you because i dont really care :p

I must admit im suprised there isnt a car you really really want because i know if i won a decent amount of money i would buy something like a gallardo straight away .... :D

Trying not to react angrily. Not only do you not know squat about my life and family but you try and insult me.

Not everybody is the same. Remember reading on the news about someone else that won a lot of money, bought a Ford Ka. Nothing wrong with that and theres nothing wrong with spending money won on a nice luxurious car.

And BTW, i said over 15 times. Nobody needs to know the details.

Ok, so its MORE than £2.5m, and you still dont seem to understnad the idiocity of spending huge amounts of money on a car for no other reason than you can?

You may aswell go "I have £3m and I just burnt £100,000 har har har you cant have it LOL LOL LOL!" - What kind of response did you expect?

TBH, I dont like you, I dont think you are a very nice person and I think your attitude stinks. All the abusive responses you are getting in this thread are just an indication of what you will get for the rest of your life with pointless money squandering and abusing those you suggest you unwise.

Blow your money on what you want... I look forward to the "Im £5m in debt, what shall I do?" thread that you will post in 12 months time... expect abuse then too.

Sure, would be cool if you could give me some help with picking the right car also. Not sure about showing you my account balance though....

Come and buy mine, that will put all this to bed for once and all, hell I might even bring it to Bristol for you....but if you mess me around I will have to chopped up and fed to pigs.....who will in turn be handed out as burgers at the next RR day.......though not by me........and then I will have the RR location taken out by Nija death squads except Fox, i'll just put a hole in his seats which should see him off.

Lagos, Nigeria.
Attention: The President/CEO

Dear Talbs13,

Confidential Business Proposal

Having consulted with my colleagues and based on the information gathered from the Nigerian Chambers Of Commerce And Industry, I have the privilege to request your assistance to transfer the sum of $47,500,000.00 (forty seven million, five hundred thousand United States dollars) into your accounts. The above sum resulted from an over-invoiced contract, executed, commissioned and paid for about five years (5) ago by a foreign contractor. This action was however intentional and since then the fund has been in a suspense account at The Central Bank Of Nigeria Apex Bank.

We are now ready to transfer the fund overseas and that is where you come in. It is important to inform you that as civil servants, we are forbidden to operate a foreign account; that is why we require your assistance. The total sum will be shared as follows: 70% for us, 25% for you and 5% for local and international expenses incidental to the transfer.

The transfer is risk free on both sides. I am an accountant with the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC). If you find this proposal acceptable, we shall require the following documents:

(a) your banker's name, telephone, account and fax numbers.

(b) your private telephone and fax numbers —for confidentiality and easy communication.

(c) your letter-headed paper stamped and signed.

Alternatively we will furnish you with the text of what to type into your letter-headed paper, along with a breakdown explaining, comprehensively what we require of you. The business will take us thirty (30) working days to accomplish.

Please reply urgently.

Best regards

Howgul Abul Arhu

If you really fancy a Golf then with that cash get down to your local VW dealership and take it for a test drive while your there pop into Audi and test drive them too.

Maybe take some kind of proof that you have the cash and they will treat you as good as they can and they WILL give you a test drive.

I'll happily give you advice, unfortunately I'm not sure if my advice would be any good to you because I have never and will never have that kind of money to spend on a car.

As for seeing your bank balance, if you don't feel comfortable with that then I'll happily look at any other proof you may have. Entirely up to you. You have no reason not to trust me, I'm offering this out of sheer curiosity.

Oh, and if they won't give you a test drive I'm happy to come along and do the driving for you ;)
