I should have posted in my thread, TWFox, *** Off. I knew you would be the first to post something negative. Go away.

He actually has a point, if you are interested in cars and the like, you shouldn't need to ask what to buy for £150k. As others have said though, make sure you have the cash to run the car, no point spending £150k on a car and then having nothing to maintain it.

Personally I'd find something well under budget that I know I'd enjoy (either a dream car, or just one I would be able to afford with a few years of sensible spending on a decent wage). I'd then bank the rest of the cash and use it for running costs as well as anything else that may come up in my life that would require the money. :)

Alrite then, advice if your set on a car would be a new 911 (boring some might say) but personnally I think they look amazing and if I had the cash that's what I'd go for and save the rest!

He has a very valid point though. If, as a matter of fact, you do have that kind of money to spend on a car, then I think your sole reason for posting this thread is to show off. Most people who want to spend such an amount on a car would already have an idea in mind.

Sorry but due to the vague nature of your request I am finding this slightly hard to believe.

Why on earth would anyone want to ***** £150k on a car when they don't even know what they want. If you have that kind of money it strikes me that you would be spending it purely for the sake of it.

Have a serious think about what you want from this money before you spend anything whether it be on a car or not because it doesn't take long for cash to disappear.

Im 22. I didnt think i would have this money to spend on a car. I havent been "dreaming" about a 100k+ car. This just happened to me, what else can i explain?

Car enthusiasts have their dream garages, regardless of age.

I know for instance that the first "exotic" car I'd buy would be a 355 spider, because I've wanted one since I knew what they were. Yes, they aren't anywhere near £150k, but 355 + Enough spare cash to run and maintain + "daily car" = :)

Anyone with £150k to spend on a car, wouldn't even have entertained the thought of the thought of the R32.

Thus, you are either lying, or don't need a £150k car.

I've got a list of cars I'd want if I had that kind of cash.

Who needs a £150k car. It will do exactly the same thing as a £50k car including style. M5/M6...

Your dreams will soon turn into nightmares about how much you will loose in depriciation, followed by how you will be able to afford to run such a car.
