The final clock is 700 mhz, not 675; strange mistake for a dude supposedly in the know to have made. To that 100 mhz bump in GPU speed, add a 200 mhz bump to the shaders over the sample he allegedly tested.
A 700/1400 clocked 480 shader card would surely beat a 600/1200 clocked 512 shader card in almost every imaginable gaming scenario.
