Waiting for AMD Zen 2 and Navi before considering the next upgrade, but it will be interesting to see what AMD comes up with in order to compete with Nvidia.
 
Have to say I'm curious, however I just can't see this being a compelling offering for anyone who already has 290/480 perf cards. Regardless of software bundle.

Only upgrade paths from my slowly dying 390x is a 2nd hand 1070/ti
 
As I said in the CPU thread, expect some pretty nice CPU deals almost 100% chance on £119 R5 1600, not sure if OCUK are taking part, I'd be surprised if they aren't.

I wouldn't even touch a 10xx series card now.

Only upgrade path for me coming from a 290 is vega 56 or 64, preferably 64 though.

Refuse to spend more than £300 on an upgrade though.

There will be CPU deals but we’ve sold all our 1600’s now and as we have 1600X in stock at £139.99 the 1600 does not make much sense for us.

Oh well, that is a shame since you get the cooler with the 1600. I am sure your other deals will make up for it, I hope. :D

How will that be exciting? We already have had £199 580's with loads of games. So a card that is rumored to be 10% better for £50 more isn't worth getting that hyped about :p

If we are talking a sub £200 590 with games then yeh maybe :D
 
I wonder which AIB forgot they had 40,000 GTX 1080 Ti's in crates in a warehouse somewhere a la Raiders of the Lost Ark, and are now shifting them at £499 through OCUK etc. :p :D
