On a semi related note. I recently had my card scammed, Barclays Indian call centre wasn't much help, i asked to be put through to the fraud department that had sent me a letter (no contact details on the letter) The guy there was quite helpful, but he was defiantly not customer facing as one of the "security" questions he asked me was what petrol station i had visited 6 months ago!
