2 for the price of 1?

Thankfully there is probably little hope of basmic procreating, even if he was heterosexual.

Well, shows how much interest i take in that side of the discussions on here then doesnt it?

Does the fact he is gay excuse his advocating theft and fraudulant behavior then?
Is that a side effect of gayness?

I think Wicksta is heterosexual himself, the fact that he is hinting I recon...

To the OP, do what you want!

Personally, call up the company and say you received two of them, you might be lucky and they'll never come and get it. Though i'm no angel, I got sold a 7800GTX for £80 when they first came out :s, didn't let them know and just sold it on. :o

That poor postman did you a favour by putting the parcel round your back so it was there for you, and saved you the trouble of retrieving it yourself

The company did you a favour by making sure you got a second item asap

How are you going to repay this gratitude ?

I can see both sides of the story here, but thinking about it long and hard, i have decided to contact them for them to arrange picking up the item. Apparently someone is coming to collect it next Thursday, but we shall see. I explained to them that i would place the item on my back doorstep where they left it and i would take no responsibility if it went missing. The customer service rep wasn't too happy about that but seeing as im working, they don't have much choice! lol

DAMN YOU OCUK, i was going to keep it!! :D
Good on you

I say keep it what about when you get faulty on arrival equipment and you have to pay for the cost of sending it back ? no sod em i say make them pick it up

Am still slightly miffed at the number of people that think its ok to steal something which is what this is. Is this what society has dropped too? Yes you can keep it, yes you'd most likely get away with it, but so what? you didn't pay for it, so why should you keep it? Personally I wouldn't go out of my way to post it back or anything, but I'd phone up the company and tell them. If they want it back then they can arrange to get it.

Merry Christmas :)

I don't think people are saying you should send it back using your own funds, merely that you just give the company a quick call and explain they have sent it in error. If they then chose to leave it with you then that is their business or request you put it outside for them to pick up you can do so but aside from a phone call it costs you nothing to do so. After informing them you have done your legal duty and perhaps more importantly in cases like this your moral duty as well, obviously other people feel differently but I'd be less bothered by the law on this matter than my conscience. :)

For those who missed it, the OP has contact the company and they have arranged a collection for next Thursday.

However, someone might walk past and steal it off the back step where the OP will be leaving it.

That's what I like to hear. I will be waiting for a thread now to say someone stole it while leaving it out for collection. :)

If the OP would let me know where he lives, I'll happily oblige... :D

God some of you are sad boring saps on the forum.

Free camera on your door. Keep it unless they phone you up. Why bother phoning them, it isn't your problem they put it there?

Sigh
