2 x Lotus in F1

I'd suggest that the complete lack of detail in that article means its based on BS. For Fernandes to be able to reband his team Team Lotus means he legally owns that name. That deal is done. I assume this therefore is something to do with a 'deal' about how Hunt would help them in court against Group Lotus (i.e. I will give you £x if you say you are on our side).

Pointless arguments again though. They should just shut up and race, and Group Lotus should stop thinking they are anything more than a title sponsor.
 
An interesting observation I have made in AcidHells thread while he builts it for the 2011 season... On the Formula1 website Lotus Racing is now listed as Team Lotus, but Renault are still called Renault, and not Lotus Renault? Have they not had approval for a name change yet?

Either way, the F1 website isn't updated with the new name while the Team Lotus name has been... its either a mistake on the Web admins part, or there must be some reason behind it?
