20 ridiculous complaints made by holidaymakers

As a god's honest truth example of just how stupid the general public can be, I have to tell the story of a particular customer in my purple shirt days.

This woman turned up at the counter for her "healthcheck" not carrying anything apart from a piece of paper. Fair enough methinks, probably wants a hand getting the pc in from the car. I asked and she looked quizically at me and said "oh, I don't have the pc with me, I've got the mouse and keyboard though". When asked why, she replied that no-one had told her over the phone to bring her pc in but did specify "don't forget your keyboard and mouse". When I explained the difficulty of giving her pc a once-over with it not actually being present, she tutted loudly and stormed off saying "Oh for god's sake, I've taken the day off for this!!"

Kept us entertained for years that did............

Surely you'd have your own keyboards and mice that you could use at the purple shirt place?

I remember hearing in the late 80s about a woman that went to Spain. She packed a portable tv to take with her. She plugged it in, pressed number 3 on the remote..... She then complained to the holiday rep that she couldn't watch coronation street.
