M.Schumacher is still 2 seconds a lap slower than the leaders though...

But losing over 1 second a lap to Alonso over the race distance is not good.

Button only making .5s a lap on him sadly.

I want to see the condition of the bridgestones..I suspect they are on the tatty side.

Raikkonen and Alonso are holding at about 17 seconds apart

The McLaren is the class car at the moment.

I think that Raikkonen would have easily been way in the lead if he could qualify 3rd on 30% more fuel than anyone else...

Oh aye, he went 28 laps from effectively 3rd on the grid. Having said that I doubt that he would have been as heavy had he not needed an engine change. Then again he would have been even quicker with only 20 laps of fuel!

Raikkonen is driver of the day for me - Alonso is a close second though...

Alonso crosses the line.

Well done Alonso...Renault win in France. :D
