2006 Cooler Master Mod Competition

Ok I vote a CM case badge aswell, on the PSU or something.

So it begins

Ok well some of you will know my case already, from my last mod on it. well for the 2006 Coolermaster Comp its having a revamp, and it begins today. ive started by emptying and dismantling my pc and more to come this evening.

unfornuatly people i cant reveal the final project as its top secret but you will get a glimpse of what is to come tomorrow.

Well I am attempting mine on a budget of £100 including case and postage, the lot.

Will be interesting to say the least.
 
I've got the case, and luckily most other bit in my odds and sods box, so i'm not planning on spending much money at all - calling in a few favours and borrowing, begging or stealing lol!

It doesn't have to be a big budget mod, and a few of us, me included are just entering for fun as there is no way in the world we would ever win!

Hey here's a thought, when the CM comp has finished we could post on OcUK and set up a poll for the OcUK members to vote a OcUK winner!
 
Is the competition decided by judges or a public vote/poll?

Judges can be bribed ;) :D

The cooler master comp is decided by the forum members, any ties will be settled by CM staff.

And Raikiri - i can't believe you were drawn for a prize in the survey thread - you'd only been signed up 2 days and you've not even posted on the forums!
 
Mwahahaha I only signed up for the competition I entered :eek: :D

Also the only thing I have actually won from any sort of prize draw, I'll let you know what comes in the 'goodie bag', someone entering the comp may be able to use some of it.

Probably lol, you know what it's like you have it for ages think your not going to need it so sell it and then you need one!
 
This is hard work trying to track down enough Coolermaster stuff to enter this competition :p
Got a case, fan, and cpu cooler, its that illusive 5th object at the moment...... :p

Is anyone planning to mod USB/Firewire into their case? think of the ATC 500/200 guys that don;t aready have it.

I've got a port if anyone wants it. Has 2 USB, 1 FW and audio
 
I might do actually.
Or I could steal the set from another case.
How are the ports laid out, the case I have its all in a straight line.
