2008 British Grand Prix - Race 9/17

Does James Allen honestly think it was Hamiltons "driving" that won the race today?
Does anyone here think that its purely "driving skill" that has won him the race?

hes not spun in quite bad conditions and nearly everyone else has i think that takes a lot of driver skill.

Am I the only one watching the race where he caned it past the others at the start, keeps putting in fast laps and is basically the only driver on the track who hasn't spun it?

Yes but before it started chucking it down (before 1st pits) Raikonnen was quicker than Hamilton...

Explain?

Simple. The weather.

Dont get me wrong, hes done great to keep it on the track. But it wont be raining at every track. And in my eyes, this race is a bit of a "false-win". Just as Monaco was.

The Ferraris have not been setup at all for this race in the correct way.

He did lose it and did come off the track.

He went across a bit of grass as felt left out of the going off gang :D

lewis has driven faster and handled the conditions better than anyone else. How many drivers have spun on the inters, has lewis ? Nope.

A win is a win. No such thing as a false win.

Not set up for it? Many Ferrari fans were hinting that the reason they were off pace in qually is because they set the car up for a wet race? Which is it?

I think the Red Arrows are heading back to Silverstone.

They just tried knocking the chimney off my house in Aylesbury. They're heading north at some speed, and they're scarily loud.
