Indeed, bad luck. :(

On the plus side, more people didn't vote for tories, than did.
It's a small majority, so hopefully they can't get any ridiculous bills through.

...and they may have had to agree some terms with the Libs, so may get some comparatively reasonable policies.

You have to laugh when labour supports say ineqaulity and greed. Despite the ever widening gap between rich and poor over the last 13 years.

He got 3 B's and a D, which would have given him the required points, but you can get accepted by Oxford without any qualifications at all if they feel you would be an asset to the college or university.

I am not syaing that David Milliband is in that category, but it's not all dependant on getting 3 A's like everyone believes.

To me that just screams elitism, and proves that Oxford and Cambridge are not the meritocratic societies they claim.

I think it would be a crime for David Milliband to become leader of the Labour party, who are supposed to represent the working class. Yet how many working class folk would be considered "an asset to the college or university" with 3 B's?
