Well got this in the end, hope it turns up ok everywhere else is selling it for 90+

Says it has folding grate and ash catcher which one I linked to earlier didn't.
Anyone got any ideas on good charcoal?
I dont like webber and bog standard stuff doesn't stay hot very long.
Seen this, but would prefer first hand knowledge

I like the big K charcoal.
But I also like the Webber stuff, so make of that what you will

I use weber briquettes for my long burns, they easily burn at 300F for 4 hours +
So annoyed with my self, turned up built it. No thermometer, no hinged grid, stupid triangle and thus custom grid (didn't notice shape in pic). Those are only on the pro version, I hate it when they combine descriptions doesn't make it clear at all. Now don't now what to do. Even if they would take it back, would have to pay a ton for postage.

the thermometers are usually WAY out anyway.

Yeah I got some big oxy-gas cutting gloves. Will see how it goes. Can see me buying another next payday.
Also got a oven thermometer I can place on grill, but not much use for setting vents up.
pretty nice build qaulity for price. nice and solid and paint/enamel feels thick.

that won't last me long. Have to get down butchers tomorrow and fire her up on Thursday.
If I like them, not sure what I'll do as that makes BBQ expensive. Unless I can bulk buy or something.

Has anyone tried these guys? i need about 100-200kg of coal for this summer
