New Pr (sort of) but a tad heavier.

Not very sure if it's better or worse?
My all time best bench was 140 for three paused reps, but I was 10kg heavier then. Now that I'm lean 140 is the most I pause, and 150 was touch and go (not bounced).
Deadlift was 220 of two inch blocks but failed off the floor. Squat is a dodgy 180kg. I hit parallel so it counts I guess but not what I want to say is totally legit. Once I hit 200kg squat again I'll get it on video to make sure it's all good
Edit: Whoah! Just realised it matches the best bencher? Going to have to go for a tiny pr in a few weeks (ie 151kg or something) and get it on video so I can feel a bit cooler
Double edit:... although seeing icecolds squat and deadlift make me feel a bit noobish. Really wish I hadn't neglected these body parts for so long

Also looking at bennyc's lifts... fml at that awesome squat. I'm not going to hit that any time soon. Maybe in a few years! Pretty much the same bodyweight as me also damn.
Edit: Nvm... he's squatting and deadlifting without a belt... wow that's awesome.
This is my first post in a while, but as of today...
Bench - 90KG
Squat - 155KG (B)
Deadlift - 140KG (B)(S)
Bodyweight is 75KG as of five minutes ago.
(The 'BS' was unintentional).
Technically the best bencher here is (was :'( ) LiE with I think 160 paused at ~82kg. But that was probably the 3rd best bench in the country at that weight (in a tested federation), so I wouldn't feel too bad!
Also, my squat and bench need to get a lot better to make up for my terrible bench, but thanks
And yes, Benny is a very handsome man.

Started cutting two weeks ago so will see how progress goes but as always, watch this space
