They also had 180 minutes to make an impact on the game but barely threatened. They didn't even have a shot on target at the home leg...if you want to win games then that's kinda key.

You're being pretty obtuse about this, shots, possession whatever are irrelevant. (You should know this being a Liverpool fan)

Simply, if Liverpool played a very important game, didn't record enough shots for your liking, conceded a goal that was illegitimate and were eliminated you'd be happy enough? Seems likely (Y)

Currently watching the Italy v Sweden playoff, not the highest quality game so far. This has to be one of the poorest Italy sides I've ever seen, the starting XI tonight contained Gabbiadini, Darmian, and two guys making their WCQ debuts.
