The 2018 Powerlifting Totals table will be for lifts performed ONLY in 2018! Last years and subsequent years totals will be included in this thread for comparisons sake.


I would really recommend you put your totals on this board no matter how big or small. It's a nice way to track your progress and can occasionally generate a bit of competition between members which always results in more gainz

Weight has held steady, chest is finally getting built up again having overcome a shoulder injury. These lifts all feel pretty comfortable too, but am going to stick to adding 2.5kg every 3 weeks as it has worked very well for me so far.
 
For me it’s 175 / 107.5 / 205 [75]

Hoping to get in the 500 club by end of the year...

Can see some vids under cabin.of.solitude on IG (included me bottling 180 squat t’other day)

deadlift down from last year but the other lifts are up, think my squat is good for another 20kg more.

I have more in the tank for squat and deadlift(I've never really done them before two months ago) but I don't think I'll see any major improvements until I get to my desired bodyweight and start rebuilding back to 75kg.

Thanks, I'm cutting to 70KG then rebuilding back up to 75KG. Hoping to push my squat and deadlift numbers to somewhere close to Volcs(Two posts up) when I get back up to 75KG. Another 6 weeks on a calorie deficit then I can hit maintenance and really work on my strength.

I've always had access to a weight bench at home hence my benchpress being so much higher in relation to the other lifts. Confident my legs will catch up though.

That's a great bench - think it pushes you into advanced for that lift based on the exrx standards.

Few cycles of 5x5 will see that squat come up for sure!

Weird thing is my bench is more like a bodybuilding style than an over arched, powerlifting bench. The benefits of being a previously fat benchmonkey I suppose. :D

I'm hoping to be done cutting in 6 weeks then I can really work on building my legs and overall strength. I think 75KG is a good weight for my frame but I want to strip away a bit more fat first then make some good lean gains on the way back up.

Deadlift day tomorrow, going to try for a 160 or 170 pull. Baby weights I know but progression non the less.

Minor update as I managed to drop my bodyweight to 70kg. I got injured towards the end of my weight loss and my strength dropped off a cliff but now I'm on the way back up. All lifts tested over the last 48hrs. Need to build them legs.
 
I no longer train for any sort of PL these days and more focused around a mix of PL/BB but fond memories looking over my previous totals, my squat and deadlift have gone down a fair old bit but bench is still fairly strong

Similar situation here. 2015 i had a total of 555kg @ 95kg, 2015 was when my daughter was born, and I've not trained much since, going weeks between sessions in most cases. Our second child is 15 months old now. I probably could have found more time to train, but with extra work load and family combined it was never a priority and with strength dropping off massively, motivation also dropped.

But just started training semi regularly again, about 2 months ago, and aiming for a minimum 2 sessions a week, ideally 3. Also cutting at the minute on an intermittent fasting diet, so strength isn't amazing, but will start a mild bulk over the winter to hopefully start gaining size and strength again. Would be happy with a realistic 460kg total by the end of the year, which i'd guess would be around 160/120/180. I feel like 500kg would be achievable if everything went well and i stayed consistent.

Currently at 140/110/100, no idea of body weight, but probably around 90kg.

I've not really been training deadlift due to some minor back issues, but have just started introducing them, light weight at the minute, but feeling heavy, need lots of work on my technique and probably some mobility work too.
