I've read of people having issues with this on the Alienware, has anyone seen any speakers that would work on a converter and the Alienware? If it wasn't for that issue I would buy one tomorrow.

I doubt they will be any that low for quite some time. Cheapest I've seen was the AW3423DWF when it could be had for around £650 during Black Friday sales.

It was £100 off any purchase above £750 - it comes in and out periodically from my experience.

Are burn-in issues improving with these newer OLEDs? The main thing holding me back is I also use my monitor for work so I'll end up with taskbar/teams/outlook burned into it

Some people claim 2nd gen qd-oled is better at burn in, but its too early to tell really.

added the 32" to basket, site says arrive by 28th feb. so not this week!
really torn on wanting this vs not sure about the curve, the fan and the early issues some have had,
im sure FW updates will come but its a large purchase.
but price under £1k is a pleasant surprise!
