I expect since this will go live in the middle of the day and most people would be at work/school, and there will be a great number of people who would simply have forgotten, only a portion of the 17,000 'views' would actually convert into potential buyers. Possibly even as little as 500 people or so may be on at the exact time of going live. So each of those 500 people should have about 1 in 10 chance of snapping up one of the 50 hard drives.

You'd be surprised how far people will go to grab a bargain :)
 
I think I'm going to miss this one out, and buy watercooling things instead. Too cynical for my own good perhaps. Good luck guys
 
Looks like all 2Tb drives will be coming down in price in the very near future. Its certainly the trend which e-tailors are showing.
