It’s a shame because that means you can’t upgrade will just have to buy on a different card and different address what a faff

I placed my order just before 8pm, still no email yet, think I got it in in less than a minute after partalert notifications going up

no email confirmation making me panic and sweat

It comes with the adaptor so just need to plug into 2 PCIe cables from your psu.

Mine was 7:45 but the 3080 did come up a few times on the Telegram partalert

Does anyone know if these happen to come with the 8pin to 12pin adapter?

No clue, im trying to find out similar with the 3080, I got RM850 Corsair PSU and not sure if im all good after reading all the posts about others having to contact manufacturers

I think I may be good though if its just 8 pins for mine as I got 2 x 8-pin PCI-e cable (600mm)

All these FE cards come with the 12-pin to 2x8 pin adapter cable. You will be fine. The contact PSU manufacturer is all about replacing that adapter with a cleaner looking direct 12-pin to PSU cable. Totally optional and a non issue for those that don't care about having the slightly messier adapter plugged in.
