30xx Series Founders Edition

Suprised to see the 3090 and 3070 FE still available shows the impact the AMD reveal has had on th ebottom and top tier. 3080 still understandably seems to have the mass appeal. Must resist hittin the 3070 purchase, must resist . . .
 
The 3090s used to sell out so quickly. I guess it doesn't look as attractive anymore.

I had two systems to upgrade. Told myself I'd split it 3070 and 6800(XT). With today's stock, both now 3070.

Given if i went for 3080 id also be looking at a cpu upgrade, 3070 could be justified for a smaller bottleneck at 1440p, and save myself the cpu upgrade for now :D

Edit/ NM talked myself into 3070 being the "wise" path, purchase confirmed :D

i was planning to wait till black friday next year for making a gpu purchase but think everything is gonna be dearer come january so caved and got it now. whether it was a wise move remains to be seen.

gotta say am excited for it to arrive :)
