360 or PS3?

Resistance on the other hand.....It could have been so much more. You're right about the online mode, I think that is well done and fun to play. The single/co-op modes though.....oh dear - just atrocious.

I have both and haven't played a PS3 game in over a fortnight. Only powered up the PS3 for Kingdom Hearts 2 and to watch Casino Royale.
I'm sure it will be a great console in the future, once the games are out, but for the timebeing I find it hard to recommend as a purchase over the 360.

If you can handle the chances of a breakdown then go for the 360.
If not, the PS3
If not, the PS3

well done... I have both and personally prefer the PS3. Its a better overall package. By a country mile !

This "overall package" business is just what PS3 fanboys use to defend their purchase. Personally as a complete neutral I am going to buy my 2nd 360 this afternoon (sold the last one when I was skint). I can afford either console, but am buying the 360 because for me it is a far better package. It has the best games, loads of them, its cheaper and it is better online. The PS3 does have a lot of features, but none of them make it a better games console, games consoles are for PLAYING GAMES!
In a years time this could be completely different and the PS3 may be on top, but right now, for me its clear cut.
Everyone buys these things for different reaasons, and for the people who use the non gaming features of the PS3 I'm sure it is a shrude purchase, but as a gaming console it needs more games, and needs to cost less, oh and a better controller because that one is gash!
