360 outsells every other console

How can someone be loyal to Sony they will be the death of true consoles and console games and they don't even have any console gaming heritage like Nintendo and Sega has.

The 360 is a very nice bit of the kit, but the origional Xbox really was crap.

I thought it was hideously ugly and big. I thought the controller was awful, the slection of games was poor (most of the good ones stolen from PS2 I might add) and the fact it crashed the whole time. Naturally, I just didn't like it as a console.
In short, there is no way in a million years I'd have that heap of trash under my slick, sexy HDTV. Same goes for the 360 AND, I guess, the PS3. I don't understand Console makers, the PS3 looks absolutely hideous - like something from a toddler's bedroom, yet it's meant to be the "very latest" with Blu-Ray and stuff. Pionneer are top-dog for design. Why can't Sony take a hint and realise a slick black box with a blue LED strip or something would look much nicer.

Ok it looked truly awful, you have, totally agree there.
The 360 imo is pretty aesthetically pleasing (I prefer the Core all same colour front to the Premium but that's probably just me) and looks great under my 32WLT66 next to my Sky+. Heck even the mrs thinks it's good so it can't be bad.
The PS3 isn't anywhere near as pleasing to the eye.

On the subject of size, I find it highly amusing (after all the grief they gave the original Xbox) that the PS3 is actually considerably bigger and ~25% heavier.........looks like they'll have to find something else to whinge about?

However, I do appreciate that everyone has different taste and what appeals to me doesn't necessarily appeal to everyone else......which is somewhat indicated by the fact that the PCengine was by far my favourite console ever! It just seems to me that people look for excuses not to like the consoles that they don't own - something I find weird and strange as they put more effort into dissing something than they do into liking what they've got (maybe hates easier than love?).

I've never been a fan of Playstation at all, i couldnt use there controllers at all. Ill never buy PS/PS2/PS3 i get the games i want on my PC or Xbox/Xbox 360 - that said i dont really dis the PS or anyone that has it, yet if asked on my opinion ill promote the Xbox franchise

So, if they are crap or cause of Repetitive Strain Injury why would they keep the same design 
Also, most of you don't remember when PS (original) was the only decent thing out there!
