3930k COOLING LOOP

My PSU is a long bugger, had to bend some bits to get it and the
radiator to fit along the bottom and have room for the cables.

Great idea to cool the mobo, but its a right pain routing to the tubes
and to prevent them from kinking.

It's a good job I'm not in a rush as I've had the tubes in and out
so many times.

As the saying goes Rome wasn't built in a day. :)

Thought about solid links like I'm doing, I know flow will be reduced slightly but it's much neater than loops ?

Mine are Koolance but there are quite a few available now from different manufacturers in different lengths so you should be able to find some that fit just measure between centers on the blocks.

I like the Crystal links but couldn't get them when I was building (everywhere was out of stock) plus the adaptability is handy if the lengths are between standard sizes.

I bet theyre a right bugger to fit though.

i had a crystal link going from my cpu block to my gpu block but when i needed to remove it i resorted to breaking the plexi tube with my tube cutters lol

I think that you need decent 90°'s either end.

Fit the crystal link into the end adaptors, screw the adaptors into the 90° fittings then screw the 90° fittings into the blocks using the swivel on the threaded section. The Koolance 90° are pretty good, they swivel OK and you can get a good grip on the bottom section to make sure it's tight.

On the Koolance blocks I have the block heights almost match so MB/CPU/VRM blocks are all pretty much the same height not sure on the EK's though.

Looks stunning!! You should think about getting the memory under water too ;)

cheers mate,

Don't think there's any room for more tubes :D

Maybe next year on a new build

Just wish the back plates would turn up, should have been here today :(
