3930k COOLING LOOP

Great build and looks very good IMO. I may nick your idea on my next log and put the connectors of the bottom rad towards the front, so I can easily add a T joint for draining. Neat idea and makes it simple.

Thankyou,

Nick away as thats what I did

Temps are awesome and its so quiet :)

Ran for a couple of hours on everything stock. just put my CPU clock back to
its 24/7 clcock

Idle was 36 - 38 Now 28 - 30

Gonna leave Gpu's at stock for now. Idling @ 33 vrams 33 + 35

Play time now

Very happy indeed.

I have some bitspower dual rotary 0-90 degree fittings, let me know if that's something that would sort out your gpu connection ;)

Looks good though, that orange xspc tubing? If so it looks brilliant in the dark with a little backlighting.

Thanks, I'm good for connectors
It's the tubing I need, which I'll pick up Monday.

The tubing is UV red, it's was the camera flash that makes it look orange.

Looks fantastic either way, really sold on those heatkiller blocks, just need to find stock of the nickel versions :)

Can't wait to get started with my build after seeing all these incredible setups :)

They look even better in the flesh :)

Mine came from Germany.

That's really really good, I paid near £30 to get slow post on two blocks direct from ek in Slovenia. Cuts costs a little, already looking at ~£400 on new blocks alone - the Mrs will be happy :p

Going any further then? Wc memory looks stunning...

Not on this build.

Will be doing another build with next gen using Heatkillers again :D

Have you checked your email?

Have you been tempted to oc the CPU yet.

Im really keen to find out what the difference is in cooling the mobo.

Glad you got it finished

Not really pushed it yet, still getting used to a very quiet rig :)

Looks good dude, gonna use Crystal link on your next build?
How tight were those cables for the 1200i?

Cables fit okay with no pressure on them, it's just that they rest on the rad.
No one as said anything and considering it doesn't run that hot now
hopefully there won't be any issues

I have a HDD stuck to the side of my 240rad...shouldn't worry about cables getting "hot" :D it's still working fine though :)
I only ask as i might put my HDD bays back and have the 240 on the floor...miss having more storage space, externals just dont do it.

TY :)

They ran very well performance wise, maxed out every game with excellent fps,
didn't really hit any issues with tri sli (no driver probs as such)

3 x FTW 680 ran nicely but struggled to keep the temps below 70
3 x 680Classified also ran nicely and temps were better.

The problem I see for you is the Jetstreams will dump all the heat into the case,
unless your putting blocks on you may have a problem with heat
