3D Dropped by Panasonic

I remember being excited by these when they first launch, I'd love to give one a try. I might just pick one up one of these days...
The only negative thing I can think of is that it can be a bit uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time and usually leaves a red mark on my forehead for a while after use.

Thank god it's gone, thats the second time in my lifetime that it has been thrown out there and then thrown away my like VR seems to be dieing another death!

Passive 3D is the only 3D I can tolerate and find enjoyable. Active shutter 3D gave me headaches and eyestrain because of the flickering from the shutter. With passive 3D there is none of that, so I don't get those symptoms. It's one the reasons why I can see why 3D didn't do as well.

If you think that people in 3d glasses look silly then presumably you think people in glasses look silly!?

I enjoyed a lot of 3D films on my old Samsung Plasma. Avatar was stunning! Kinda sad that my new LG OLED doesn't have it. On the plus side I've gained a couple terrabytes on my server by deleting the 3D films library :D

If only I could find that clip with them all in the cinema...
