3d Mark 06 scores thread

Had a little play with mine today:

FX60 @ 2.8 (stock volts)
X1900XTX 680/800
DFI expert
2gb corsair pc3200 2,3,3,6
74GB raptor

3d06 score: 6197

No need to mention the fx60 has a lot more to give but im limited to stock cooling and a lack of free time atm :(

That is astounding!!!

I must be losing out somewhere, as my dual core Opty 170 @2.8 gets about 100 marks less than your single core at the same speed.

I dont think my ram has such good timings but I was under the impression that 3dMark06 was biased towards dual cores(like it is Nvidia), but maybe it isnt....oppppssss just realised yours is XTX

Apart from the 06 test i get about the same marks as you. I can get over 17,000 on 3dmark03, nearly 8300 on 3dmark05 but still only 4106 on 3dmark06. How you oddly get over 4800 on 3Dmark06 with a 7800gt and a single core processor is beyond me. That is unquestionably freakishly fast.

Devious - thats damn good, about 400 points better than mine, but I can probably push my XT a little further than I currently have, but even so - maybe one of us will break the 6500 mark!!!

Didnt do the sm3 cos i dont have it so i guess that accounts to such a low score. The CPU tests concluded to 836 or something like that.

Is quite funny really! But i suppose they have to be quite intensive for the benchmark to last for a year.

Ran it again today, with my new P4 at 3.2, and got 2242!!!
