I have now o/ced to 3.02Ghz and got 6911 with 1170 CPU points!

The elusive 7000 points now awaits!

thats much more like it :D

I'd be pushing my system further if I wasn't on air. But lets face it, it's no slouch as it is, even at stock speeds the GPUs kick ass :D

can someone help me, im trying to run this program but it keeps crashintg my system, it will run the first 2 tests(graphics), then very slowly runs the second 2(if im lucky) then crashes, ive got a fx57 and a 7800gs agp card, it should be able to run it, ive tried stock speeds, and overclocked and it never gets to the second set of graphics card tests

the CPU tests run at less than 1 frame a second and its difficult to tell if its still running or hanging, leave it for a few minutes and then see.

If it really is quitting out, make sure your system isnt overheating first, that's what killed mine the first time round.

how do you check while its running, if i look at the machine funny it crashes

just thought, I havent got mediaplayer 10 yet, and the other one, i forget which, would that make a difference

Townlea, that score is.....really really good, even for a GTX......even for a GTX EE.

I got 4100 dead on after i installed a antec vcool, got my card up to 490/1.15 while my processor was at 2.767ghz. I doubt i can squeeze another 50 marks no matter what i do. 4790+...... have you tried doing it again? It could be a fluke.

I will do another one now to see if I can get higher... this is just very very weird ... I can score 8300 on 3dmarks05...

EDIT: Just got 4847 :) looks like I have an odd but good graphics card.

I am running 81.98 drivers btw

I jsut broke 6000 marks but not 100 % sure

Can someone tell me what this means to them:

In one test only ( the flying boat being chased by a dragon) during this test it alternates every dozen frames between a crystal clear picture and sheer white and then back to crystal clear again? Would this be the core being oc'd too much or the memory - or soemthing else entirely?

Doesnt happen in any other test and 3dmark completes successfully

Never seen this before so I am not sure - cheers

I get 4047 with the system below in me sig. Seems a bit low to me, but the X1900XT is at stock atm and the 3700 is only @ 2.5ghz, and got some stuff running in the background too, internet, antivirus, and stuff.

What drivers are you using for your 1900XT?

for CAT 6.1 its probably about right as its a single core @ 2.5GHz, with so so memory

IF you clock the XT and upgrade to 6.2's you may get 4500 or so.

My dual core gives me about 1000 ontop of yours and between my clocked XT (650 / 760) and my added .2Ghz per core and decent ram will probably account for the other 500 or so points at a guess

Installed the cats 6.2, overclocked to 689/779 and got 5116 in "06". I really hate that cpu test, lol.
