3d Mark 06 scores thread

Hi , just ran it on my a8r - mvp and sandiego 4000 at 2.7 gig also 2 1800xt's in crossfire

can't believe it's so low, actually. 01/03 scores seem ok at 24k and 9.6k respectively. just downloading 05 at the moment. :p

i've double checked all drivers are set to default settings. i also scored about 4k in 05 which i was expecting.

perhaps it because my card only has 128mb ddr1? still 256bit so it shouldn't be that bad. i'm about to download rivatuner to monitor temps/clocks/fan speeds whilst it's running. :)
 
just done my first go on 3D mark and scored 7740 :confused: is that good or bad ? first time ive ever done benchmarking

:eek: thats dead good, my best for single core is 7629, thats an [email protected] and 2 x1900xt@690/800, have a look at ya resolution that it ran at and also the res your monitor runs at as thats really high, i assume your in SLi and not running 3dmark 05 by mistake :D :D :D

was thinking then, up ya multi to x15 and i should see a 500mark increase on mine, should get ya over 8k then just clock the card up, also id like to see ya face when ya run cpu test on 06, on my fx57 i nearly cried

Dual 2.8ghz on my X2 and I nearly cried. I saw 0 and 1 flashing across my screen after I realised it was actually running. I thought my overclock was unstable and the computer had crashed only to walk out the room and come back in again on a different screen...
 
I can't actually run 3DMark06 as even when I force my TFT to run outsde native (don't laugh - 15") 1024/768, it still won't let me select this res in 3DMark. So I can only run a 1024 test which is useless. Didn't they think they would exclude people by allowing the program to only use the auto detected resolutions?! It's not like my computer can't handle it....

Shush you! :mad: I can't help if this TFT is pants :p. I need a new one :(. does anyone know a way of disabling the auto detect of monitor limits so I can force 3Dmark to run at default?
