you need to up the voltage in atitool to overclock.

Tried that, vgpu upto 1.45v mvddc/ddq 1.8-2.2 mvddc 1.525 but still didnt like it and i got fed up rebooting after an hour or so, not too fussed tbh, i mean it's not exactly taxed at default, even oblivion seems to be running fine.
