Just built a system from bits bought on the MM - been tricky trying to get a stable clock on air with the ambient temp of late. Bloody hot! Been messing with high output fans and changed all the standard 80mms in the Cooler Master server case that I'm using. Temps are now 44/38 CPU/System on load.

Anyway . settled now on a stable 2.7 and got 9127 on 06.

Not bad at all. That's got to be one of the top set-ups on the market. Any chance of hitting 11k?

ATM I'm being held back by the board, this cpu can bench upto 3.85ghz, which should give around the 12k mark if the ram is running 1:1. Unfortunatley the DFI board cannot run 1:1 on an fsb over 320 on my board. I have to be honest and say smashing through benchmark barriers is not really a concern to me.

with my x1800xt, although the core and mem speeds that were recorded are wrong. I find it actually quite high and weird as with the proxycon and forest scenes the screen was black as if my moniter was turned off.

Just had a second go did the same thing with the black screen but this time better.

Just got 7007 using new nVidia drivers for GFX (91.31) and nForce (6.86)

Cant be all that bad now can it
