was hoping for the ASUS ROG 6800xt to be made available, but no joy

not sure they're being sold on here, but that's neither here nor there: am aiming for the 3080, 6800xt, or the 6900xt if that magically appears somewhere sooner than the other two

The rog strix 6800 or 3070/80 is like rocking horse ****, very few of them seem to be knocking about to say the least.

right? I've even considered jumping straight to the 3090 just to get my hands on Something, but I know that's just me being impatient - really regret deciding to build my own PC atm hahaha

I managed to order a sapphire nitro 6800

going from a rx 570 so it should be a worthy upgrade

managed to grab a Sapphire 6800 MBA during the 3pm window (downed tools at work) upgrading from a Vega64 which is a cracker of an upgrade.

Has the 6800 sold out again now? Not showing up in the 3d printer or AMD area

I shall put them back shortly, I only let them go available for 10 minute or so periods, if they are left live too long the word gets out more and then stuff just sells out.

Are cards still being being dropped in 3D printers for forum members? I may have simply been unlucky but I haven’t seen any RTX cards drop there yet this week. I imagine I have simply been unlucky with timing.

There are probably too many of us watching the printers section now so they are holding off on dropping new cards so they don’t get overwhelmed. It’s been a few weeks since they started so I wouldn’t be surprised if someone had given the game away on discord or Reddit by now.

Word got out a couple weeks ago. Been mentioned on Hukdeals and they were getting picked up on two discord stock alerts I was watching.

I thought that was probably the case, I know they have previously said that they hold off on posting new cards if too many people are on the site. Perhaps it’s time to move them to a different low traffic section again.
