Is there a way to request 3D printing services on here?
This: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3246007Like what?
Any recommendations on a beginner (but decent) 3D printer? Would love to print board games, like the 3D Catan boards on Etsy et al, and also might be useful at work for film accessories and spare parts and such (will be buying it through the business anyway).
Finished my new printer.
It's a CoreXY designed by Ben Levi with a few modifications designed by me: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3382718
Specs:
320x320x365mm build volume
Misumi 2040 and 2020 extrusions
HiWin MGN12 rails
Magnetic removable bed
0.9 degree steppers for X and Y, 1.8 degree for Z and E
Duet2 Wifi mainboard with PanelDue 5i
Raspberry Pi A+ for monitoring and webcam
Dual PSUs (24V and 12+5V)
Tasmota controlled Sonoff power switch
Bondtech BMG clone extruder
E3D V6 hotend
All printed parts done on my MGN12 based cartesian (220x220x200) and my AM8 (220x220x200).
All structural parts printed at 90% infill PETG
Vanity parts in Esun PLA+
I started the build at Christmas and finished it yesterday. I've only printed a few calibration tests so far but they have turned out great with pretty much no tuning.
