4090 Owner Monitor Thread

55” CX OLED - I use my 4090 in my room, not at a desk setup. That may change if I can find a monitor I actually like at some point but so far that’s proved elusive.
This is my issue too at the moment. The Dell U3818DW I have is great for work and play and the USB C connection to a laptop and built-in KVM has been invaluable. I've had it a very long time and just want a new monitor but don't know which way to jump, hence the thread.

LG C2 42" OLED 4K 120Hz. Upgraded from a Samsung Odyssey G9 (5120*1440 240Hz). The LG is absolutely spectacular, but I do find myself missing the curve of the G9.
That's an interesting upgrade path, I'm considering a Samsung Odyssey but not sure of the amount of curve. My Dell's curve is only 2300R so not too sure about the more aggressive curve on some of the newer monitors.

Can 4080 owners also post and have a separate poll in this thread or is that asking too much? I got my 4080 precisely because I have a 4K 120Hz G-sync monitor and only this and the 4090 can push enough frames with RTX effects all on.

[Edit: or should I just pretend I have a 4090? ;) ]

I've got no problem adding you to the list (now done) :-)

LG C9 65” from the sofa with a controller for everything.

After working in IT for 25 years I don’t ever want to sit at a desk again.
I feel your pain as I’ve just finished a 10 year IT contract last month!

Yup, have to admit the 4090 is total overkill with my Asus PG48UQ@120Hz. Really need 4k 200Hz+ to become more common now to push them :)
