5800x high tempratures

I followed the suggestions in this thread and really improved my temps/performance with an NH-D15:

Values I settled on were:
PPT 95
TDC 90
EDC 120
Curve Optimiser -15 on all cores.
Cinebench r23 never pushed it above 75c and gaming seems to top off now at 65 although being Ryzen I will expect the odd spike.
I did try a few higher values and squeezed some more performance out of it but with the above values my r23 score was 15355 which I was very happy with.

I have a 5600x with a Noctua U12A and I dunno wtf is wrong with my settings but I played some AOE tonight and the thing sounds like a jet engine with every fan going max. Temps idle at 39c and we hitting 70 in game.
I know my cpu is not a 5800x but Ill be using some of this info in this thread. ta
