Same here has taken ages for my account to be activated! Been buying stuff from here for many years and reading the forums but have only just decided to join in on the fun to go along with my shiny new card being shipped today yay! Also looking forward to getting this thing watercooled when it arrives seems to be shaping up to be a great overclocker.

Haaaaah! That made me laugh, in spite of it not being funny. This launch has been quite unfortunate for the consumers and yet the demand for ATis card is still going strong
 
Yea I'm very fortunate to be getting mine tomorrow and really feel for those left waiting without knowing when theirs will be dispatched. Judging from this thread I must have been one of the last few peoples status to change to 'printed' and had almost resigned to it not being sent out today. I have a feeling though that since the yeilds have been very good from what I've read most had ended up in the more profitable 5870s as someone else said earlier I believe. If what I've read about GT300 yeilds is true too I would think availability to be even more limited at launch and prices to be very high, and therefore 58XX cards to remain at their current prices until at least Q1 '10.
 
It may be the case now that due to so many people switching from powercolor to sapphire in the last few days that there may be some available if they arrive today or tomorrow as expected. Would have to ask Fatboy to be certain though. And yes I know I'm up early but once I got up this morning couldn't get back to sleep its like christmas waiting for this thing to come today :D
 
Fatboy could you update here when the 3 pc HiS 5850's come in :D Thanks! Oh and if you could check if they had Dirt2 inside I would be most grateful I don't mind if you open the box :D

It's a lottery at the moment. Everything I have arriving is pre-sold. I would bash a pre-order on for a sapphire and then I can swap you over to what ever comes in first. Worked pretty well so far.

I know they have dirt it's been confirmed this morning. Have you ordered one ?
 
Hiya, I currently have a powerecolor 5850 that was ordered on sept 30th. Am I best off keeping to that or could it be changed to whatever stock you have that comes in first? The order is OC888980
