TBH there is too much 'know a guy' recruiting in TFL. Restructuring management would help the issue in one way but deciding the board is unfair because it is made up mostly of one race and gender of people is ridiculous. These directors likely worked their way up there and started working there from a time where most of the employees were white males just out of cultural happenstance.
