yes, perhaps it would be worth sticking this thread in the members market. it would suck for those members who cant access it but its the only way i can see that you could make it private (unless you can make a global post in the customer service section and that is only accessible to members)

a lot don't have access to MM but the CS bit sounds like a good idea.

Installed application as far as I am aware, unless there has been any updates, but as far as I am aware it is just the client only at the moment.
