So compare the gtx with a titan if you like, equiv 800 quid 10 years ago, 800 now, point is gpu prices havent changed much in 10 years

No, for one the repy was based off of KillBoY_UK's pricing in his post and secondly it was pointing out the shift in second highest tier pricing at the time, take that up with Nvidia not me.

Ocuk's price on the 8800gtx was £500, Adjusted for inflation and the bump in VAT that is equivalent of about £800 in todays money

So was the Voodoo 5 6000's list price.
