Writing in large BOLD FONT so no one misses this post as it seems several people have not read the thread.

When does deal go live? WEDNESDAY 28th DECEMBER 10am!!

Why is it not £499 as before? Memory prices have rocketed which is nothing to do with Brexit/exchange rates though those do not help. Of course the weak pound has also caused a considerable price increase in the other components used to make the bundle, hence why it will be £550!

However, because so many people were hoping for a £499 bundle, I shall make this indeed happen again by making the default memory option an 8GB kit instead of 16GB as before, this should enable me to hit £499 again if I play with the figures and I know we still have some 8GB kits in stock from before all the crazy price increases.

I do not know which RAM kit I will use yet, as I am on holiday, so shall sort it first thing tomorrow.

So tomorrow 10am, the bundle goes live at £499 with an 8GB kit, remember to use the drop downs to select the actual memory kit you want and SSD option which of course are cost adders as they were previously.

 
Nobody was 'hoping', a lot were expecting. There's a difference. But kudos to you for at least trying to stick to your word. I personally can respect you for that. Zero respect however for Mr 8pack, a glorified keyboard warrior.

Gibbo, out of interest, whats the return rate on the intel 600p, i recall a review saying the endurance on them is pretty poor but it's obviously a very attractive price.

Absolutely gutted, storm whatever its sodding name was took my back garden fence with it so instead of buy this bundle tomorrow I'll be buying fencing equipment, ******* hate gardening as well which makes it doubly painful.
 
Very interested in this now my motherboard seems to be on its last legs.
Just a question on the cooler. Is it modifiable? Can tubing etc be changed further down the line?
 
Just to confirm as I'll be in the middle of a
Muddy field tomorrow with little or no internet.

Will there be air cooler options?
Is the 16gig kit recommended over the 8gig?

Very torn like others between an M2 also.!.
