very subjective considering personal preference, but with 6-8 reps I'm thinking quite heavy 120 for bench same for incline and about 100 on barbell row.
So 340 for me, not that you couldn't lift more on each but that seems a reasonable amount for good work out on each type as I'm guessing you do multiple sets of each. Good luck all! and thanks for the comp 8pack, god could I use this prize 1 year of a squealing psu has me tortured!
