Too much up front for them, Henry did nothing when he came on, the back four struggles against decent forwards............

id like man utd to take the title away from chelsea.. as many do... weird to say that people are secretly wanting chelsea to slip up... even though man utd were very much hated in the 1990s :p

but i cant see it now... chelsea have kick started again .. 4-1 wn over west ham 1 man down... good job from chelsea.

but as for next season, chelsea wont be allowed to get the huge points gap again... i doubt chelsea will retain the title next season
 
Surprisingly comfortable win for us in the end. I really expected Henry to come on and have us pinned back. Rooney played great and Silvestre and Vidic were immense. Ruud looked very quiet and Ronaldo was pants imo.

Some amazing flying saves from Arsenal, and Lehmann made some good saves too ;)

Arsenal didnt show the form they have been playing at all - if we had of then would have been a stroll!
Man UTd didnt play overly great, but then great first goal.

Got more important things to worry about now - ;)

Hehe, when you finish 5th and lose to Barca in the final we'll see which was more important. ;):p
 
Great result, thought we played really well

Arsenal should have taken their chance early on, i siad to a mate in the pub
if they didnt take thier chance they would be punished

Rooney was on fire, again

Thought Eboue played really well, and Toure did well apart from his "save"
should have been a penalty but hey ho

Well done boys, lets make Chelski sweat at least :)
 
Nice to see a bit of spirit back at Chelsea. West Ham weren't much kop but to hammer any side like that with 10 men is a fine achievement, especially after going behind. Drogba played well for a change, it's amazing what you can do if you stay on your feet;)

Aye they did really well with 10 men, i was hoping West Ham would have put
up more of a fight though with it being a Chelsea-West Ham game but :(
 
What a fantastic game! :D Great to see ManU still keep their form, Not sure what happened to Arsenal but they should have taken their chances. I think Toure was unlucky there, he was trying to turn around hoping the ball bounces off his back, but because of the pace wasn’t quick enough. Still was a penalty.

2 Draws from Chelsea and would be ideal for a great premiership finish, providing that is ManU keep winning which i think they are more than capable of. :cool:
