Considering nvidia couldn't do it, its something that many reviews have noted so they obviously found it worth mentioning. It may not make a difference to overall performance but from a technical stand point its pretty impressive.
Somebody already has a few posts back. I envy them for some reason, in terms of having something to play with.![]()
Yep why buy 9800 GTX's when you get them £100+ cheaper already.![]()
Its the only reason I bought it, Ive had my 8800GT since launch and want something new to play with dammit!
The 9800gtx is cheap enough that I can justify upgrading to next gen in August and I dont need a new psu.
I find it highly amusing how even when we knew the specs and 99% of the details about the card etc you STILL had the select uninformed people with no common sense saying: "we can't guess at performance" and "don't judge the card till it's out" blah blah blah. We saw it a mile off!
BFG 512 GTSI've just bought that one today, should be coming friday.
I love it that everyone slags Nvidia off for bringing out new cards that are old tech. If you feel this strongly about it DONT buy another Nvidia card again. The fact is people still continue to buy them hence why they can do what ever they like.![]()
So people aren't allowed to comment on it or give opinions? They should "never buy Nvidia again" because they don't like their recent strategy? What a stupid post, on so many levels.
Yes its good to give a opinion but when you have to here that opinion over and over again it get boring.
It's a forum, that's what happens. If you don't want to see the same point repeated 1'000 times then i'm not sure what you were expecting when you joined.![]()
