BF2 servers do have a wide range of pings from players, that alone makes people hard to hit. You can never be sure how far ahead to lead when at a distance or their playing bunny.

Some servers do seem to restrict pings though, think that definetly helps

Just hit corporal and unlocked PKM as my unlock, but it's too late for me to test it tonight. Hope it's as good as everyone says it is.

Actually I had a couple of lucky shots like that. I just launch the missile in the general direction of the base and from there guide it into anything that's worth hitting. I've been getting so good at guided missiles lately that people saying that I use hax. Me and my mate who is an excellent pilot usually finish top of the table and when it comes to the chopper V chopper situations where both are facing each other he doesn't even bother shooting himself he just lines me up for a shot and i send them to the bad place. Also got hang of co piloting in the bomber today while got a chance to fly with this guy who was absolutely amazing at flying. As an end result managed to rack up 20 kills and a score of about 60 since he got a lot of kills too.

it is good,i have had on my 2nd unlock it is very useful weapon but remember there is fair bit of recoil so you need to be prone and aim below target you will miss but do not get unhappy sometimes but it takes practise .i play support because you really feel part of team on good sqad.another thing do not rush in stay on the edge of the firefight and you will get punished for killing fellow team-members when they run infront of you but tha is downside.then soft skinned transport is easy prey and helos will feel the power and i have shot a couple of them down when damaged.it is very much like the G3 for power and it is fun sniping with it and it sounds good and every one needs ammo so you get a lot of points.i am on 21,000 popints and support has helped me to get there but not by stat-padding but having fun

As for the PKM it is a nice gun, I stole some guys kit yesterday and had a go with it, I will be sergeant in a few days and I dont know what weapon to unlock, I have the Medic and the Engineer gun at the moment, I will probably go for the G36C, G3 or PKM as my unlock, what would you guys choose?

I already have the jackhammer, think I might try the PKM because all the spec op guns are pretty cool, the G3 only has 20 bullets per clip and I do like playing as support.

Noob question alert.

Ive been playing the game since i got it on the 12th, but my stats aint changed, still says my global score is 60, and my last game ended on the 13th, and still does, and yet ive just finished playing yet another game, is it me or is something wrong or am i doing something wrong as ive played about 100 games since then. :confused:

As far as i know yeah, im using all seeing eye, and i have got ranked ticked to only show the ranked ones, but what about when you get invitations through it, can some of those invites be from non-ranked ones, as ive mostly played ones ive had invites to.

Invites are just generated at random by poor servers to get them to fill up. Find a good ranked UK one (such as the one in my sig) and settle on there. When you get the know some of the regulars you'll soon be getting 150+ scores in a round too.

i use any multiplay ranked servers,as well i once in while check to see if they have uploaded
