don't be so sure, jackhammer is a very good piece of kit in the right hands.
 
I guess so....They have mods active on the forums quite a lot. The servers seem okay too. Not sure on the actual trouble shooting side.

I'm not doubting that mate, but in general, a medic will do a lot better than an engineer with the same level of skill.
 
If we are going to do a server, we should just do our own, we are a overclocking forum are we not.

I only have 256k up at the moment so that is not really up to it, but some of you cable people...

If in Better you mean more points then yeah, as medic is a score whore, if more kills then that's not always true.
 
I say we all jump on an unranked server on Sat/Sun or whenever and just fart about really, need to practise with jets and stuff. How about making a movie :eek:

The mp7 is the right kit for an engi, im fairly racking up the kills with it and as for the medic, they are just dead meat when armour comes around a corner,,,,why i stopped playing as medic........and i take it that the person who said they dont like getting bombed on EF hasnt played the great wall that is sniper heaven so many high dark places easyily defendable with claymores.

I mean kills, and it VERY often turns out that way, with their guns medica can keep up with assaults and spec ops pretty nicely.

We did, but the take up of EF was so poor (not surprising considering how incredibly poor, and a considerable waste of money it was, even if only £6) that it was scrapped. It was almost always empty unless we made a concerted effort to get it started. It then reverted back to SF, which whilst better was still not as popular.

Our EF server is now running a 20 player High Score City Maps server. (ie 20 players on 64 player maps with no time limit) Particularly useful if you want to get certain badges which you require 34 minutes of time in a round to get (not possible on most servers) and stuff like medic badges where u need 25 heals in a round (nigh on impossible on most servers)
 
Im quite new to BF2, but one thing that really winds me up is people (opposite team) that just stay at your Spawn area with no intention of capping. Just wait around killing people as they spawn... iv'e seen a lot of people doing this,as well as Spawn Raping Uncappables? ruins the game IMO. From what iv'e heard and seen there seem to be a lot of cheats and hacks around also....Love the game but reminds me a little of CS with all the cheats and Lamers :mad:
 
I got called a fat old man with no friends on a server today. :(

Yewen, a few OcUK people and I were on an empty server messing about and I kept shooting this random person who joined (He was on my team) because he was taking the game far too seriously, even though the game hadn't started. I told him God knows how many times that we were messing around and not playing properly until the game started but he kept playing like you would in a proper game. :confused:

So I shot him loads with the AA gun and he kept trying to kick me and mutiny vote me.....When those didn't work he started saying I was a fat old man with no mates. Haha :D

Which server was that on? I always try and get on the EA UK ones because they, almost always, have admins active which usually try and help you as much as possible. :)

Do you have XFire? If you do hit me up on there and I'll have a few rounds with you sometime.

Are you kidding, they are absolute worst servers for tk and all the other crap. I had no idea any admin were ever there, never seen them do anything if they are. -100 score players tking many a time Ive seen on EAUK
