Your board is a little temperamental to say the least.

Try the next highest CPU voltage.

I'm guessing the BIOS is crap if it can't hold an overclock even after passing Orthos. Maybe try the F4 BIOS from here if upping the voltage again doesn't help.

Just before you DO close it, I've read this thread all the way through, and have gleamed enough info to overclock my E6600 with a 965P DS4 on bios F6. Due to cobs very concise and may i say patient advice, i'm running orthos on an overclock of 3GHz, cpu with stock cooler is hovering around 60 degrees after 10 mins. Fairly happy so far.
